How will my items be delivered?
We ship all items with the Spanish post (Correos) directly to you from our warehouse on Ibiza (Spain).
We exclusively send by insured and registered mail.

How long does delivery take?
After receipt of your payment, your order will be shipped within 2 days. The delivery time from Ibiza is approximately 5 – 10 business days.
How can I track my order status?
All of our orders will be sent by Spanish post (Signed for). Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with the corresponding tracking number. You can check the status of your order on the website of the Spanish post www.correos.es .
The delivery time is exceeded without my order has arrived. What can I do?
After the shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation. This includes your tracking number and a link to the website of the Spanish Post. Here you can check the status of your order. For questions, please feel free to contact us directly.
Do I have to pay duty and import charges??
Please note that the shipping to non-EU countries (eg Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.) may apply import and duty charges for the recipient.
Within Europe no charges are payable.
